Excise Tax , is a tax levied on the use or consumption of certain products

In the UAE, the tax is currently imposed on tobacco products, energy drinks and soft drinks

Excise tax is a form of indirect tax borne by the final consumer of the product

This tax shall be levied on goods imported by the supplier or sold by the factory only once and
shall be considered a final tax unless it is used in the production or the manufacture of other goods

The factory that is concerned with the manufacture or production of excise dutiable products has
the right to deduct the levied tax on its inputs from the tax imposed on its final products

الضريبة الإنتقائية

الضريبة الانتقائيه وهي عباره عن ضريبة تفرض على استيراد او عند وضع السلعه للاستهلاك المحلي اذا كانت مصنعه محليا .

تفرض الضريبة على منتجات التبغ و مشروبات الطاقة و المشروبات الغازية.

تعد الضريبة الانتقائيه من الضرائب الغير مباشره والتي يتحملها المستهلك النهائي للسلعه

يتم فرض هذه الضريبة على السلع التي يتم استيرادها من قبل المورد او بيعها من قبل المصنع لمره واحدة فقط وتعتبر ضريبة قطعيه ما لم تكن مدخل انتاج لتصنيع سلعه انتقائية اخرى

يحق لمصنع السلع الانتقائية في حال كانت مدخلات انتاجه تخضع للضريبة الانتقائية ان يقوم بخصم الضريبة عن هذه المدخلات من الضريبة المفروضه على منتجاته
